Tuition assistance

The tuition assistance program helps you keep learning, growing, and advancing in your career. Intuit offers tax-free reimbursement for courses related to your career at Intuit (or required by a degree program that relates to your career at Intuit).

Full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week and part-time employees working 20 to 29 hours per week are eligible to participate in the Tuition Assistance program. Seasonal employees, SelectTime employees, and interns are not eligible.

How it works

  • Full-time employees are reimbursed up to $5,250 (tax-free) per calendar year.
  • Part-time employees are reimbursed up to $2,625 (tax-free) per calendar year.

Tuition payments are applied to the calendar year in which they are paid. For example, if your class ends in December, but you don’t pay for it until January, your payment counts toward the $5,250 maximum for the January calendar year.

Expenses greater than the maximum yearly reimbursement can be claimed in future years until the entire cost has been reimbursed—as long as you remain employed at Intuit.
