I’m moving

Relocating to a new home can be exciting. It can also involve finding new health care providers or being eligible for different benefits. If you move and your current benefits plans aren’t available in your new area, you have 31 days from your moving date to enroll in or make changes to your benefits.

To make changes to your benefits, call My Benefits at 800-381-8881 within 31 days of your move.
