You have access to telemedicine services provided by Femi Health. Telemedicine helps you access care when you need it and save time by having the doctor come to you. Femi Health connects you virtually with a family practitioner or medical specialist.  

Eligibility

The service is available to Intuit employees and their family members who are covered under Intuit’s Menorah Insurance health plan.

How to get started

Speak with a health professional to get treated for such ailments as:

  • Sore throat
  • Ear infection
  • Skin issues
  • Sinus problems

Femi Health telemedicine is a good option when:

  • It’s not convenient for you to leave work or home.
  • Your doctor is not available on your schedule.
  • You have non-emergency health concerns and it’s after hours.
  • You’re traveling and need medical care.

Family practitioners and pediatricians

Family practitioners and pediatricians are available every day from 19:00 to 07:00. Within 90 minutes of contacting the Femi Health Center, you’ll be connected to a doctor who can provide a consultation and, if applicable, prescriptions and/or a hospital referral. There is no copay or limit to the number of consultations you can receive.

Medical specialists

Within five business days of calling the Femi Health Center, you’ll be connected to a medical specialist who can provide a consultation and, if applicable, prescriptions, a hospital referral and/or referrals for further tests. There is a 120 ILS copay per consultation but no limit to the number of consultations you can receive. You’ll make your payment via personal credit card at the time of your consultation.

Virtual behavioral health

All of us have moments when life gets tough. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Along with virtual health services, you can access virtual counseling services through Femi Health to help with small issues, big problems and everything in between,
such as:

  • Developing resilience and managing stress
  • Improving relationships at home or work
  • Support for mental health issues and grief
  • Addressing depression, anxiety or substance use issues
