Enjoy paid holidays
Manage your mental health and wellbeing
Purchase Intuit stock at a discount

Take advantage of additional perks

Enjoy paid holidays

You work hard as an intern, so we want to give you plenty of time to relax and recharge. If you work 20 or more hours per week, you are eligible to receive paid holidays during your internship.

Manage your mental health and wellbeing

We care about you and your wellbeing. That’s why we make sure you have access to confidential support and resources—like counseling sessions through Optum—that help you get the most out of your work, family and daily life.

Purchase Intuit stock at a discount

The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) lets you buy Intuit stock at a discount. It’s a great opportunity to own a piece of Intuit and save for your future. As an employee of Intuit or one of its participating subsidiaries, you’re eligible to participate in the ESPP. You may enroll within 90 days of your hire date during one of the four ESPP enrollment windows:

  • February 15–28
  • August 15–31

Remember that you must be enrolled and employed on an ESPP purchase date in order to participate. If your employment ends prior to your purchase, any accumulated payroll deductions will be returned to you.

Get recognized

Your hard work at Intuit won’t go unnoticed! We celebrate and recognize your effort and achievements through Spotlight Awards, which highlight performance, dedication and innovation.
