If you leave Intuit, your benefits end on your last day of employment.
The money deducted from your paycheck since the last ESPP purchase date will be reimbursed to you in your final paycheck. Any stock acquired through your participation in prior offering periods would not be affected by your termination from Intuit and would be yours to hold or sell as you choose.
You can keep your current coverage with Medibank. However, you will cover the full cost of coverage and will no longer be eligible for any subsidies or discounts through Intuit. Medibank will reach out to you directly to discuss your needs going forward and organize payment. If Medibank is unable to contact you, your account will close automatically. You can contact Medibank directly at 1300 763 422 ahead of your last day of employment to review your options.
Be sure to submit your reimbursement request and receipts for the Wellbeing for Life Program by uploading them to Darwin, your benefits administrator at least 10 business days before your termination date. Once you log in via single sign on, select Reimbursements. Your request must be approved before your termination date. Any pending requests are still subject to review and have the potential to be rejected.
