QuitSmart® Mindfully

One of our Well Minds programs, eMindful, has collaborated with Dr. Robert Shipley to create the QuitSmart Mindfully program. It combines the best of Dr. Shipley’s highly successful program with eMindful’s innovative delivery of applied mindfulness courses, which you can take from the convenience of your home. The program is taught live in an online virtual classroom and consists of 12 55-minute classes (10 classes offered twice a week and two classes offered once a week).
