Get a free annual health checkup for you and one registered dependent under Group Medical Insurance at select leading hospitals and diagnostic centers. You can also choose to get the tests at home by opting for home sample collection. Intuit wants you to have access to expert facilities for health checkups once each fiscal year (August 1–July 31).
Additionally, you can choose to book a health package for your enrolled dependents at a discounted rate, the cost of which will be borne by you.
Eligibility
Your annual checkup includes:
- General examination
- Diabetes assessment
- Kidney function test
- Liver function test
- Cardiac assessment
- Thyroid profile
- Vitamin profile
- Other tests
- Consultations
- Spirometry tests
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) for members over age 35
- C-reactive protein test (CRP) for members over age 35
Checkups can be conducted in a clinic or through home collection.
You can also get a screening for family members at a discounted price. You can find prices on the Paramount TPA website.
How to get started
To register for a health checkup:
- Log into Paramount TPA or download the CNH Care app.
- Select Wellness followed by Intuit Annual Health Checkup.
- Choose your preferred location, date, and time, and select Submit.
After scheduling your checkup, you will receive a confirmation email.
