Medical coverage

You are covered through the Zurich Business Travel Out-of-Country Medical Plan while traveling for Intuit and when you extend that travel (for up to 7 days) for personal reasons before or after a business trip. If you’re in an accident or become ill, the plan may cover the cost of your care in the country in which you receive treatment.

Your dependent spouse or domestic partner and your children (up to age 26) traveling with you outside their country of residence or permanent assignment while you are covered under the policy are also covered for up to 365 consecutive days (per trip).

How it works

How it works

Travel accident insurance

If you’re seriously injured or die in an accident while traveling on Intuit business, your travel accidence coverage through Zurich may pay a benefit to you or your beneficiary. You’re covered if you’re in an accident while traveling by train, plane, car, or other forms of public and private transportation, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.

How it works

If you suffer an accidental death or dismemberment, this coverage may pay you or your beneficiaries 10 times your annual base salary (excluding overtime, bonuses, commissions, and any special compensation), not to exceed US$1 million, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.

These benefits are in addition to any other insurance you may have at the time of the accident.

Find coverage details through the Zurich Medical and Business Travel Accident Summary.
