Vaccine Appointment Checklist

To make sure that you are able to successfully receive services, please review the following checklist.

  • Determine your/your dependent’s eligibility (18yrs+, 6 months since COVID vaccination).
  • Schedule separate appointments for each individual at your prefered location.
  • Bring your Intuit badge. Each appointment holder will need an ID, and proof of COVID vaccination. Dependents will need to be accompanied by the Intuit worker while on campus.
  • Keep in mind current RTW guidelines: please wear a mask, and do not bring guests (including children) unless they are there for a scheduled appointment.
  • Review our FAQs.
  • To cancel your appointment, reply to your confirmation email. You can book a new appointment from the links on this webpage.

How It Works

Indoor Nurse Clinic

Intuit workers and their dependents (18yrs+) who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 can register for Pfizer COVID-19 booster and influenza vaccine appointments at one of the ongoing, onsite nurse clinics. (Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are not currently available.)

Only those who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 are allowed on campus to attend the onsite clinic. Infants and young children who are not fully vaccinated, or not eligible to receive a vaccine, may not come onsite. The onsite clinics cannot grant access to any unvaccinated employees or family members.

Visitors must be accompanied by an Intuit employee at all times, including inside the clinic.

Appointments are required so that we can plan for adequate vaccine supplies and reduce wait times. Please note that individual appointments are required for each dependent.

View clinic locations, dates, and times, and register for an appointment.

Onsite Safety Protocol

Social distancing and masks are required at all events. In addition, Intuit employees are required to complete the Daily Health Check (DHC) prior to entering the facility. Dependents visiting onsite must be fully vaccinated and are required to complete a DHC upon arrival at the Intuit reception desk.

Please remember to bring your Intuit ID badge while on campus. If you do not have a badge, please reach out to securitybadgeoffice@intuit.com

For more program details, including badging and visitor requirements, please refer to the U.S. Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccination FAQs.

If You Develop Symptoms

If you or a dependent (1) develop COVID-19 symptoms—even if you feel they are vaccine-related, (2) are diagnosed with COVID-19, or (3) learn that you or a dependent were exposed to someone with COVID-19, after you have attended the vaccination clinic, please contact HR Connect immediately and follow the steps outlined in this document to report exposure.

Boise

Our clinics are paused until January 2022.

Recent vaccination approval for children and the expansion of booster eligibility for all adults have shifted demand and focus towards community and public clinics, including senior care centers and schools. In response, our vaccine partner, Albertsons/Safeway, has made the decision to no longer support corporations at this time. We are adamantly working with other available vaccine partners to secure a sustainable solution for onsite options that would allow for the best possible experience for our workers and their families.

We apologize for the temporary pause of our on-site vaccination clinics, as we truly understand the significance of this offering during this critical time. We appreciate your understanding and support. We will send a follow-up communication once the on-site clinics are scheduled to resume.
