Expanded mental health support

In response to the ongoing, active state-of-war in Israel, Intuit will reimburse employees for up to 12 private, out-of-network, mental health care sessions at a flat rate of 448 ILS per session. This temporary offering can be used to request reimbursement for up to a total of 12 sessions of mental health care provided to the employee/intern and/or their family members between October 7, 2023, and July 31, 2024.

To request reimbursement for out-of-network mental health care, complete an attestation form and submit by opening a HR Connect case

Medical care support

If you need help with your Mivtach Simon medical insurance, contact customer service through their website (password: in2it), by phone at 03-7966820, or through WhatsApp at 0557000180. Mivtach Simon customer service is available Sunday through Thursday, 08:30–16:00.

Virtual medical care

Employees and their dependents enrolled in Intuit’s health plan have access to virtual telemedicine services through Femi Health.

Family practitioners and pediatricians are available every day from 19:00–07:00. You’ll be connected to a doctor who can provide a consultation within 90 minutes of contacting the Femi Health Center. There is no copay or limit to the number of consultations you can receive.

Virtual appointments with medical specialists are scheduled within five business days of calling the Femi Health Center. The 120 ILS copay per consultation has been waived through 2023, and there is no limit to the number of consultations you can receive.

If applicable, prescriptions and/or hospital referrals may be provided by your consulting doctor.

Get started by registering through the Femi Health website or calling *6560/03-5688145.

Time off for those who need it

Intuit is providing special paid time off for employees in Israel who need to take time away from work to deal with personal and family issues. If you need to use this time away, record it in Workday using ISR Time Away - Other. If you require additional paid time-off, please obtain approval from your manager and submit a case to HR Connect who will review options to support you.

Increased support for family care

To help with unexpected personal and family care expenses, Intuit has doubled the Wellbeing for Life program credits available for employees in Israel from 3700 ILS to 7400 ILS for the fiscal year (August 1, 2023–July 31, 2024).

Maven is a free resource available to Intuit employees who would like help navigating childcare options and resources. Enroll by going to Maven’s website and selecting the stage/journey that is consistent with your needs. Employees can also reach out to Maven by email to ask questions or get support selecting their journey.

Due to the potential lack of childcare options, Intuit is temporarily allowing employees in Israel to submit a handwritten receipt to the Wellbeing for Life program for childcare services paid in cash to a babysitter or nanny.

Increased meal voucher allowance

Intuit is increasing the meal voucher allowance from 1,200 ILS to 2,000 ILS per month for those who were drafted or whose spouse or partner was drafted to serve in the military.

Work abroad

Employees who need to temporarily relocate may work abroad from one of the following 14 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Germany, Italy, Romania, the Slovak Republic, Sweden, and Switzerland. Employees can remain in these countries for up to 45 calendar days by using their vacation or other paid time off. Please submit a work abroad request through HR Connect.

Lodging support

Employees who live in approved heavily bombarded areas are eligible for reimbursement of temporary accommodation arrangements. Days and expenses will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
