You will leave this course with a better understanding of the laws that affect non-US. Citizens with respect to income taxation as well as estate and gift taxes. Using relevant, real-life illustrations and workbook exercises, you will learn the impact of tax treaties and how income received from 401(k) accounts and Social Security payments will likely be taxed. In addition, you will learn the unique rules for non-citizens with respect to estate and gift taxes.
