Let the Fit for Life Program motivate you to get or stay active. This incentive helps defray the cost of fees associated with being active. All regular U.S. employees who work 20-plus hours per week are eligible to receive the Fit for Life Program of up to $650 per fiscal year. This benefit is for employees only and does not cover dependents.
Employees must have received their first Intuit paycheck to request reimbursement and be active when they submit reimbursement documentation.

How It Works
Each fiscal year, get reimbursed up to $650 (taxable at 25% supplemental rate) for eligible expenses such as:
- Personal trainers
- Gym/facility membership fees (family memberships are reimbursed up to $650)
- Exercise class fees
- Activity league and entry fees
- Weight-loss program fees, such as Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig (registration and program fees only)
- Lessons for any physical sport
- Meditation and mindfulness classes
To request reimbursement under the Fit for Life Program, visit Darwin, Your Benefits Administrator. Once you log in via single sign on, select Reimbursements.
Your request must be submitted and approved by July 31 to apply toward the current fiscal year.
You can submit multiple requests for reimbursement during the year, up to the maximum of $650 for the fiscal year (August 1–July 31). Just be sure your receipts total the entire amount you wish to claim. Receipts must be legible and match the amount being requested. Invoices are not eligible, unless in “paid” status. Reimbursement requests will remain in pending status until all required documentation is provided.
