Missed Credits for FY 2017

If you were not nicotine-free or didn’t meet all of the healthy target ranges on your biometric screening last year, you can earn paycheck credits for FY 2017 by participating in Intuit’s Choose Wellness for Life programs.

For this year, Intuit is focusing exclusively on your screening participation. You no longer have to meet healthy target ranges to receive paycheck deductions for your medical plan in FY 2018.

Our data has shown that getting a screening—rather than receiving credits for meeting certain ranges—is what motivates you to take steps to improve your health. It’s up to you to share your screening results with your doctor and determine the best next steps for you.

If you did not meet one or more of the healthy target ranges last year

Your action required: You receive:
Participate in the Virgin Pulse Activity Program. Paycheck credits for each level you complete, up to the maximum credit amount for the duration of FY 2017. Credits will be retroactively applied.

If you are not nicotine-free

Your action required: You receive:
Complete the Quit for Life smoking-cessation program. Full nicotine-free credits, up to the maximum credit amount for the duration of FY 2017. Credits will be retroactively applied.

If you were just hired

If you were hired before May 1, 2017, you’ll automatically receive the biometric screening credits for FY 2017, as well as the nicotine-free credits if you attest to being nicotine-free when you enroll in an Intuit medical plan. You will need to participate in a biometric screening before May 31 in order to continue receiving the credits in FY 2018.

If you were hired on or after May 1, 2017, you’ll automatically receive the screening credits for the remainder of FY 2017 as well as FY 2018. You’ll receive the nicotine-free credits if you attest to being nicotine-free when you enroll in an Intuit medical plan. Your next opportunity to get a biometric screening will be in January 2018.
